iCANDY - 35th edition

Directions: Click on iCANDY collage for optimum viewing pleasure!

It's been sort of sad around the house the past few days because our little birdies are no longer with us. It appears they have fallen victim to mother nature and the whole food chain of life. Understanding this process is natural still does not take away the sadness. For weeks we've been watching and waiting patiently from our back window. Everything from nest building, to egg laying, then only 1 week ago they hatched. To see their little lives chronicled click here. My 3 year old son gave me the sweetest words of encouragement..."Mommy, I'm sorry a shark came and ate your baby birdies."

This week's iCANDY is dedicated to images that make me feel happy, despite our little setback this week. Next Spring a lucky new Robin family will have their own birdhouse for safety!

1. Pastel Tulip Cupcake Liners - Cupcake Social, East Coast $4.25

2. Windowsill Tulips Wood Wall Panel - Rodeo & Co, Landaff $75.00

3. Little Bloom Pins - The Vintage Belljar, France $11.00

4. Smoochie Pillow - Robins Egg Pink, Ontario $20.00

5. Orange Simple Stems Ceramic Magnet - Lily Pottery, Greenville, SC $6.00

6. Cottage Birdhouse - Bacon Square Farm, Minnesota, $30.00

ENJOY!

i CANDY - 8th Edition

oops! I almost let an entire Wednesday get away without an i CANDY feature! I had to dig a path to my computer and now here we are...

iCANDY instructions: Click on collage for full viewing pleasure:)

As always, this weeks iCANDY is enthusiastically brought to you by Inkspot Workshop. I'd like to introduce you to a few fellow Etsy sellers that have found their way into my favorites. First up is the clean and crisp letterpress from Color Box Design. I sigh when I look at these tags! When I grow up I want to run a letterpress! Next up is someone who is doing amazing things with ceramics. Dishfuls of Doodles has very modern, colorful and eye catching designs. I really, really, really NEED these in my oh so colorful house. My third and most adorable new favorite are these terrariums from Made By Mavis. Don't they just need little, miniature garden gnome? These just make me :)

Thanks for stopping by, we'll see you next Wednesday, if my office is put back together by then.

i CANDY - 6th Edition

Instructions: For full viewing pleasure, click on collage

Ok, it's Wednesday, which means it's iCANDY day! enthusiastically brought to you by Inkspot Workshop {as always}

First up are these precious hand printed ribbons from Leili Laloo. Aren't they just adorable? I've contacted the artist to see if we can work on a collaborative project, utilizing some of my own designs on some ribbon for a few ideas I have in my head. I'll keep you posted. This artist also has great prints, check out her shop. Next are these unique pieces, reminding me of fresh picked berries, from tqb designs. All of her work is from circles and/or spheres, a girl after my own {heart} In the mood for journaling? how about these fabulous books from Peep Paper.

Enjoy! if you have any ideas for future iCANDY features, just drop me a line or place a post here. Thanks for visiting.
