A few months ago I was on a quest to discover the best tasting hand crafted salted caramels, also known as Fleur de sel. My quest lead me to Have It Sweet Confections on Etsy where I quickly had delivered a few pounds. The next few weeks were spent savoring each and every bite of this luscious goodness! For the record, I did not even share these with my family! These caramels are a delicacy, like a fine red wine, perhaps even better. Of course Dark Chocolate Mint would be my choice!! What about a "nutella"ish flavor? I saw hazlenut, but it may be fun to have it with chocolate, too! :)

I think I would most like to try the Just A Little Taste Of English Tea Time Caramel Bar as tea is my favorite chocolate flavor, so I'm betting it will make good caramel as well.
